After using the sauna for almost 5 months, my only regret is not investing sooner. The sauna worked great for about 6 months and then quit working. I had power going into the sauna, but the display panel lost power and would not turn on. I contacted the seller and the response was good. They sent one out within 6 days for free. After putting in the panel the sauna worked perfect and has been since! I'm happy with the sauna and after reading other reviews I believe it could've been a freak occurrence. It's now an every day thing I use and it's the perfect debrief after work. SO much room!
